Valentines

I tried to do the Valentine activity after the students presented Identity Bag projects that fell on the same day, but I didn't allow enough time. When the presentations were over, I gave them an assignment to write a limerick thinking that I should make sure that they knew what a limerick was before I gave them the candy. Before I knew it, time ran out so I just gave out the conversation hearts at the end of class. Oh well, there's always next time, I hope.
